  • Who is B.E.S.T.?

    B.E.S.T. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to empower Colorado's Black community by providing essential support to Black-led nonprofits, Black-owned businesses, Black professionals, and Youth. By convening resources and fostering strategic collaboration across all sectors, we pave the way for growth, innovation, and lasting impact. Through uniting diverse efforts and cultivating partnerships, B.E.S.T. strengthens the collective economic power of Colorado’s Black community, advancing prosperity, resilience, and opportunity for all.

  • What is the ticket refund policy?

    All tickets are refundable up to 30 days prior to to the event. 

  • What is the dress code for the event?

    We suggest Business/Business Casual for the Success Summit.

  • What is included in the cost of attendance?

    Full access to Summit activities includes:

    • Great information sessions and breakouts 
    • Continental breakfast
    • Legacy Luncheon with Special Guest 
    • Expo event access
    • Exclusive networking opportunities
    • Whatever you make of it!
  • How do I book a hotel room and what are the rates?

  • How are we advertising the Expo?

    Social Media, direct email, TV, radio, and local and regional newspapers.

  • How many people are expected to attend the Expo?

    The expo is free and open to the public, so we expect well over 1,000 people throughout the day.

  • Will people have to pay to attend the Expo on Saturday, June 1st and if so what is the admission fee?

    The Expo is free and open to the public.

  • Will I have to pay to attend the Success Summit on Friday, June 7th?

    Yes. Registration is required to attend the Summit. Click here for registration pricing.



  • Can I bring a guest with me to the Summit on June 7?

    Of course, but they will need to register.

  • Will I be able to record the event?

    Recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited. However, we encourage you to post pictures on social media.

  • What size table will be provided for the vendors and will electricity be provided as well?

    Vendor tables are 6ft. Electricity is an additional cost.



  • Am I allowed to share my table with another vendor?

    Yes, as long as one person is responsible for payment. 

  • When is the deadline to submit vendor registration forms and payment?

    The deadline for early bird vendor registration is April 15th.


    Vendor registration ends May 17th, but we expect to sell out quickly. Register now to reserve your space.
