Who is B.E.S.T.?
B.E.S.T. is formerly known as the Mountain Region Black Economic Summit (MRBES). We are now BIPOC Economic Success Trust dba Black Economic Success Trust. B.E.S.T. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to minimize the traumatic effects of racism in BIPOC communities by strategically leveraging partnerships in an effort to dismantle systemic barriers that impede building wealth.

What is the ticket refund policy?
All tickets are refundable up to 30 days prior to to the event.

What is the dress code for the event?
We suggest business dress for the Summit on the 7th and casual for the Expo on the 1st.

When will the Success Summit take place and where is it located?
The 2024 B.E.S.T. Success Summit & Expo takes place on 2 separate days:
The EXPO is on Saturday, June 1, 2024 and will take place at CSU SPUR Campus - VIDA Building

The SUMMIT is on Friday, June 1, 2024 at Sheraton Downtown Denver 1550 Court Pl, Denver, CO 80202

How are we advertising the Expo?
Social Media, direct email, TV, radio, and local and regional newspapers.

How many people are expected to attend the Expo?
The expo is free and open to the public, so we expect well over 1,000 people for the Expo.

Will people have to pay to attend the Expo on Saturday, June 1st and if so what is the admission fee?
The Expo is free and open to the public.

Will I have to pay to attend the Success Summit on Friday, June 7th?

Can I bring a guest with me to the Summit on June 7?
Of course, but they will need to register.

Will I be able to record the event?
Recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited. However, we encourage you to post pictures on social media.

What size table will be provided for the vendors and will electricity be provided as well?
Vendor tables are 6ft. Electricity is an additional cost.

Am I allowed to share my table with another vendor?
Yes, as long as one person is responsible for payment.

When is the deadline to submit vendor registration forms and payment?
The deadline for early bird vendor registration is April 21st.
Vendor registration ends May 17th, but we expect to sell out quickly. Register now to reserve your space.
